Production Process

 

Unlike other factory produced Nitrous Oxide by exhausted method. CreamJet Nitrous Oxide is produced by Dry Process. When a large amount of N2O is dissolved in the water, the water is cooled to produce N2O crystals. When the crystals are heated, N2O will escape.

Exhaust method: Using the integrated process of chemical purification, absorption and rectification to remove impurities in the tail gas to obtain high-purity N2O products.

The advantages of dry process method are high purity, high capacity, environmental protection. We are the largest N2O producer of dry process method in China.
